Saïd Mouhssine – Routine

Free-running tunts on a few square metres

Like many of his contemporaries, Saïd Mouhssine was at home with his parents, with nothing to do and little prospect of a future. Out of boredom, he started doing parkour. He did it IN his room: a free-running sport on the few square metres of his boyhood room. This is where his performance 'Routine' originated: about the daily grind and not knowing what to do with your life. At the same time, it is a hopeful show that incites action, transforming yourself by pushing back boundaries and breaking out of routine. Breaking out of the boundaries of your room, but also your own mental boundaries, and those of society.
