Kourosh – Ode to Lianne

A few weeks ago, our beloved colleague and friend Lianne passed away. As a team we are moved and deeply saddened. With Lianne we miss not only an intelligent colleague, but also someone with a big heart and an extraordinary personality. She was a woman of the world, had refined taste and loved quirky music from all corners of the planet. We are grateful that we were able to enjoy her great talent, her energy, her humor and her friendship during the organization of this edition.

For us, she is still very much a part of it. Therefore, there will be a moment to honor and remember Lianne during Amsterdam Roots open air on July 3 in the Oosterpark. Great artist Kourosh - also a friend of Lianne - will give a musical performance on the Solar stage. With his own lyrics and self-produced beats, Kourosh brings his own sound: a special mix of trap, hip hop and R&B infused with a melancholy atmosphere.
