Indonesian National Orchestra ft. Satya Cipta - Echoes of Nusantara

As a passionate composer and musicologist, Franki Raden aims to connect people with Indonesia's rich indigenous musical heritage and bring its centuries-old traditions back to life. With an extensive collection of ancient instruments from regions such as Sumatra, Java, Borneo, and Sulawesi, he creates a musical odyssey across Indonesia together with Balinese singer Satya Cipta and the Indonesian National Orchestra. The compositions are inspired by regional music and ritual traditions from all corners of the archipelago. For Amsterdam Roots Festival, Raden has curated a program highlighting various Indonesian musical traditions—an invitation to explore the captivating musical heritage of Indonesia.
