Move to Groove is a dance workshop for anyone who wants to move, regardless of experience. In this session, everything revolves around groove, rhythm, and dancing together. Through simple guided exercises, you\u2019re invited to listen, play, and connect \u2014 with others and with yourself. In a relaxed way, you\u2019ll discover your own movement style and improvisation.
The workshop takes place in the heart of the festival grounds and is an open invitation for everyone to join in and dance. We hope to get as many people moving as possible and to share the energy of the moment together.
The workshop is led by Ivana, founder of Ivy Flow. This project brings together over 20 years of experience, research, and inspiration. With her background in house dance and African street styles, and her love for freestyle, she creates an open and safe space where you\u2019re free to explore. Move to Groove is about moving together and being yourself.
